Who We Are
Florida GC Group LLC is a licensed general contractor based in Port St. Lucie, Florida. We serve homeowners and business owners across Port St. Lucie and the surrounding areas u2014 including Delray Beach, Parkland, and Boca Del Mar u2014 with residential construction, remodeling, and insurance restoration work.
nOur office is located at 3010 SE Wake Road, Port St. Lucie, FL 34984. We’re a local company, and our work is concentrated in the communities around us. That matters: local permitting rules, inspection requirements, and building department procedures vary from city to city, and we deal with the ones in our area every week.
What We Build
Our work covers the full range of general contracting: kitchen and bathroom remodeling, whole-home renovations, room additions, residential construction, and commercial construction and build-outs. We also handle patios and outdoor living spaces, window and door consultation and replacement coordination, and insurance restoration u2014 the repair and reconstruction work that follows fire, water, or storm damage.

nWe put it in writing. Every project starts with a detailed written estimate. You see the scope of work laid out before anything begins, so there are no misunderstandings about what’s included.
nWe handle the permits. As a Florida-licensed general contractor u2014 License #RG291104194 u2014 we prepare and submit permit applications and coordinate required inspections with the local building department. Permitted work protects you when you sell, refinance, or file an insurance claim.
nWe finish what we start. From the first day of construction through the final walkthrough, we manage the job to completion and make sure the finished work matches the agreed scope.
